well, it would be really nice if I could actually start editing this book soon. it looks like I wont meet my personal "finish by the end of the week" deadline. I'm working with a story that doesn't want to end. makes me proud :)

you know what the best feeling in the world is? seeing you've reached the minimum word count and knowing the story isn't finished! woo hoo!!!!

I have a new excuse for not writing today. The cat wont get off my book!

yesterday turned out to be a very productive day. today not so much

so I'm sitting here working right and the thought strikes me... I need to quit staring out the window at the snow before I decide I need a drink instead of finishing this chapter.

worked a bit today not as much as I'd like to. so much other stuff to do getting in the way. sigh

today.. I did nothing and i'm proud of it

so I was in the nanowrimo competition this past November. although I didn't complete the novel I did learn that I can write every day and get pretty darn close to doing it in 30 days. but now that the 30 days is over and i'm still 8000 words short I find myself going BLAH I don't want to finish. at the same time I want it over with already!
